FunkinEven brings the boogy to Peckham with T-Track & Paul Reynolds

After a brief North American hiatus expertly covered by the wholemeal crew, Rhythm Section return to Peckham with an almighty bang!

After years of trying (really), we are wild with happiness to introduce beat scientist and vinyl purist Stevie-J, aka FunkinEven to the Rhythm Section bill.
Equally at home with Electro, boogie and Funk as he is Acid and House, anyone who has seen FunkinEven Dj in the last few years knows they’re in for a treat. He’s been on the WANT list for a long time and luckily we managed to squeeze him on for his South London debut in the midst of a world tour. RESULT

Peckham’s Prime Minister of Boogie, T-Track Bellotti has been re-summoned to the Rhythm Section Decks after a blistering performance at RS#5. Tristram digs deep and regularly, expect nothing but the rarest boogie and disco, on wax of course.

Paul Reynolds is a veteran DJ with more enthusiasm and energy than most n00bs. This man lives for Vinyl, and has a collection to match his passion. Paul Plays Bar story every Thursday with the Rest of the Deep Soul Konnection Crew. This spot is slowly becoming a go to spot for good music lovers. Paul regularly pulls out records with 3 figure price tags as if it was nothing, and is encyclopedic in his knowledge of Jazz, funk, electro, latin, afro beat, house and disco. If you got down to Frankie Valentine and Adrian Ammo last month, come check Paul out…..he put us in touch.

Rhythm Section man Bradley Zero returns from the D with a head full of inspiration and a bag full of records. watch out for selections of DEMF exclusives from Unirhythm and NDTAL, promos from big strick, Moodymann and some serious golden oldies from Peoples Records.
